2. Service Description

zkOrigoPlus provides banking-blockchain compliance validation services via API.

3. API Usage

API usage is subject to plan quotas. Exceeding quotas requires plan upgrade.

4. Payment Terms

Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. Cancellation takes effect at period end.

5. Data Processing

We process compliance data as described in our Privacy Policy. No PII is stored.

6. Limitation of Liability

Service provided "as is". We are not liable for compliance decisions made using our API.
